This policy explains how VehAnTix, distributed on Android under package com.dripdirective.app, collects, uses, shares, protects, and deletes user data.

Data We Collect

The app may collect account data such as phone number, name, optional email, preferred language, authentication tokens, vehicle details, emergency contact details, compliance records, parking listings and bookings, wallet records, medical profile details you choose to save, and location when you use SOS or parking features.

How We Use Data

Data is used to provide vehicle identity, QR/NFC emergency scan support, owner login, medical consent flows, compliance records, emergency incident creation, parking search/listing/booking, and account support.

Sharing

We do not sell user data. Data may be shared with service providers that host or operate the app, and with emergency, hospital, police, civic, or parking participants only when needed for the app features or where required by law. Medical data is shared only according to the consent choices shown in the app.

Security

We use access controls, authenticated API requests, and production HTTPS transport for Play Store builds. Users should keep their login credentials private and report suspected account misuse promptly.

Retention And Deletion

We keep user data only for as long as needed to operate the app, support users, comply with legal duties, or resolve safety and abuse issues. You can delete your account from the app under Profile, or follow the steps on the account deletion page. Account deletion removes the account and associated app data unless retention is required by law.
